Sustainable design, with: designated gymnasium for pupils of Sennybridge Primary, fitness gym for private members with hydrotherapy pool and climbing wall, and first floor storey for community hub. Building to address school and nearby housing. Design to catch light in roof openings, and key windowsfacing out. Building's form 'flows' towards nearby river.
