Rear single storey extension to dormer bungalow, with zig-zag plan and plentiful glazing. The site faces North West towards open fields, one of the projects goals was to profit from the beautiful site by opening up the elevation with glazing & to capture light from the side elevations using the geometric plan. The brief coupled with a modest budget equaled a small extension floor area with high internal volumes of 3.6m. The rooms have been transformed with the sculpural protrusions into spacious living areas with oak frame and external oak cladding.
