We were appointed as Concept Architects for a new build Golf Club House and Wellness Centre on an open plain; a greenfield site South East of Warsaw. We also worked on the Master plan, looking at road circulation, other subsidiary buildings, like a creche and security, and an overview of the landscaping around the core facilities. Our task was to provide the concept for the buildings: their form and interior spatial layout, and relationship to each other. We had Briefings with the clients, looking in detail at the Wellness Centre with wet and dry areas, and the restaurants and spatial layout in the Club House.
