We’re thrilled to have secured planning permission for a new residential development featuring eight modern flats on the site of a former pub and jazz bar in the heart of Stratford. Our dedicated team put in countless hours to navigate the planning process, working hand in hand with structural engineers and landscape architects to deliver a design that met Newham Council's approval. We aimed to create a contemporary minimalistic design that not only respects the site’s unique history but also caters to the needs of today’s professionals.
