Mr Guy’s provided architectural design and planning services for the extension and refurbishment of a family home in Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire. The design reworks the ground floor to create a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a separate playroom, improved entrance, WC and storage. New rooflights and extensive glazing bring more daylight into the house and strengthen the connection with the rear garden. The first floor was also refined to improve circulation, storage and bedroom accommodation, including a new ensuite. The project was developed through RIBA Stage 3 and submitted for planning.
