This architectural proposal involves the transformation of the existing loft into an expansive bedroom, incorporating a dormer and a rooflight to enhance natural illumination. Adjacent to this, a functional office space is envisioned within a newly constructed roof section, replacing the outdated flat roof. The design aims to integrate the upper and lower landings through the introduction of feature windows and a sleek glass balustrade, optimizing light flow throughout the space. On the first floor, strategic reconfiguration of internal walls will enlarge the living areas, complemented by the addition of a modern shower room and an extra WC, all while respecting the aesthetic values of the conservation area.
