A new 3000m² Primary Care Health Centre including GP surgeries, a dental practice and pharmacy on a previously developed town centre site in Raynes Park, London SW20. Mountford Pigott LLP were appointed to obtain a planning consent for this ambitious new-build proposal on a sensitive town centre site balancing the requirements of Merton & Sutton PCT, the GP surgeries and NHS design guidance with the views of the Local Authority, neighbours and the technical constraints of the site to produce a carefully considered design which will make a positive contribution to the town centre. Planning consent was achieved in December 2009 with secured funding from the PCT to allow construction to commence during 2010.
