MOST transformed spaces within Beaumont House, a former Victorian warehouse in West Kensington, into offices, recreation areas and ground-floor R&D accommodation for electric-vehicle developer Arrival. Exposed brickwork and the building’s existing structure are combined with glazed meeting rooms, bespoke joinery and integrated building services. Open work areas, shared tables, kitchen and lounge spaces support focused work and informal collaboration, while the workshop accommodates hands-on research and prototyping.
