Our client purchased this 1960's semi-detached property from it's original owner. Using the original footprint we were asked to create a home which reflects the needs of this young family. opening up the ground floor, to allow natural light, ventilation and flow through the spaces. Making visual connections between the inside and out and maximising natural light from the south-facing front garden. We designed a new family bathroom and redecorated all of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor and landscape designs for the front and rear gardens. All done with a modest budget of £25,000.00. Our client has plenty more options to further increase their habitable space, with potential loft and garage conversions considered within our design to minimise impact on the recent renovations.
