Transformation of a property in Cheshire into a forever family home. Our proposals included a large two storey extension to the existing property. Our proposals are very respectful to the main house and almost appear seamless with the existing architectural style. Part of the same project involves a substantial outbuilding, which will house a Gym and Home Office. The form of the outbuilding takes cues from an existing triple garage but uses natural materials in a contemporary way. Situated in open countryside, we needed to refer to Green Belt policy to ensure we achieved the most for our client.
