The Hilton London Euston is situated in the Bloomsbury conservation area of Camden. The building has a Grade II listed facade with extensive original ironwork. The proposals were to undertake a full building renovation of existing bedrooms and public areas. In addition, we successfully gained planning permission for a new 8-bedroom roof extension. This took careful negotiation to minimise impact on the existing listed facade.
