We worked for a Client in East Dulwich in 2004 to extend their semi-detached Victorian Villa. In 2008 we were appointed to further extend the same home with a loft conversion, a First Floor extension and a full basement extension which we carried out successfully. In 2014 we were appointed to re-design a Country Estate in Kilkenny, Ireland, for the same Client. We carried out initial design services and oversaw appointment of a local team of consultants and others to undertake the works once the designs had been agreed. The property was Listed and we worked directly (rather than via a local consultant) with the Local Authority to ensure the designs were compliant with policy and supported - we achieved this. We undertook detailed design to external elements and interior and visited as Client Agent and Advisor throughout the works. The resulting property is very energy efficient, we have helped to create a wonderfully comfortable and elegant family home, designed exactly for our long term Clients to suit their needs and wishes.
