Several independent projects along Swanage Seafront, unified by a desire to improve the public realm and enhance the enjoyment of the conservation area and public realm. Projects included: new beach huts, public toilets, food kiosks, landscaping, car park enhancements, residential apartments, restaurant, rowing club and heritage centre. Completed over a number of years for numerous clienst; each with specific design, planning and technical challenges. We completed a full service on all projects: concept design, planning/consultation, technical design and contract administration.
