Full refurbishment of a Grade II listed property in Pembroke Square, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, sited a stone throw of the Design Museum. The townhouse was acquired by the client in a derelict state and the brief called for a total renovation, restoration of original features such as doorframes, dado rails. The spatial configuration of the house was adapted to the needs of the client while preserving the essence of the house as per the Conservation Area and Heritage Comitee guidance. A new kitchen with a contemporary design was fitted in the lower ground floor, directly connected to the conservatory and the garden.
