We have secured full planning consent for this mixed use new build scheme in Kemp Town, Brighton. It regenerates a brownfield site upon which is a redundant and dilapidated public house. The scheme includes A2 office space to the ground floor and a mix of nine 1, 2 & 3 bedroom flats above. The palette of materials includes staffordshire blue brindle brick to the ground floor, buff multi-stock brick to the upper floors and zinc bays to the residential accommodation. The building sets back from the public highway to create defensible landscaped space and planters, which assist in softening the edge of the building from the streetscene. Work has started on site with the building due for completion in Autumn 2014.
