Demolition of nursing home on hillside overlooking the sea on on a very sensitive exposed site. We created photo- realistic 3D computer models of the building and site to assist the planners and the neighbours to enable them to visualise the development of 11 luxury flats with balconies. We were complimented by the planner on the excellence of our presentation of the application submission. Quality drawings and presentations, following negotiations with planning authorities make the decision process easier for all. Carkeek Construction are now on site.
