Working on an extremely tight site, St Barnabas provides 32 frail elderly units with associated accomodation. Eight of the units are equipped with various forms of 'smart' technology for tenants suffering with Dementia. Following almost a year of negotiations with the planning authority the building commenced on site just before Christmas 2003. The construction team then worked in close partnership to produce a high quality of finish that met the requirements of the client and was completed on time finishing in March 2005.
