The project involved adding a loft and outrigger roof extension to a two bedroom flat in Kensal Rise. By reconfiguring the layout we assisted the client in transforming the property into a split level three bedroom family home, with bright and contemporary living spaces on the top floor. The unusual plot shape, unique qualities of the open plan living on the top floor and the feature staircase make the property one of a kind.
