We assisted the client from inception to completion, offering a turnkey service. From brief to concept design, planning, detailed design, tenders, contractor selection, negotiations and on site monitoring we assisted our client in extending, refurbishing this townhouse development in a conservation area in Islington. The property lien in the Barnsbury conservation area and we were able to receive planning consent for a modern but sensitive development, including side extension and loft extension. Working with an interior designer and landscape designer the property benefitted from a holistic design approach and now hosts four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, and open plan kitchen/dining and utility room on top of a light well.
