Large 2 storey extension, integrating the loft of the garage to increase living space by 1/3 of property. 1930s Mock Tudor Property- new architecture to match, conservation area. New works integrated a fairly complex arrangement of existing hipped roofs, dormer windows and large original staggered brick chimney to provide symmetry to front and rear elevations. Complete internal refurbishment and internal remodelling to accommodate new stair. All work stages carried out including cost management, contract administration and site supervision. Project delivered on time, and on budget.
