MIME was appointed and successfully delivered a revised planning approval for two barn conversions with a more contemporary style and improved layout. Working drawings were prepared for phase 1 and MIME was available during the self-build where the client felt they needed support. Phase 1 is complete and the large barn (Phase 2) has started. Through the use of a 200mm SIPs panel construction, MVHR, Photovoltaic and Solar Hot Water Panels the client is aiming for zero energy bills in use.
