Redevelopment of a town centre brownfield site to provide affordable housing and residential care accommodation comprised of 25 two bedroom flats, 5 one bedroom wheelchair flats, 1 house for 5 persons with learning difficulties and a residential care unit for 14 persons. It was recognised as the ‘Best Social Housing Development in the South East’ at the 2010 LABC Building Excellence Awards.
