Significant enlargement at ground and first floor levels of an existing family house to create a large luxury house in an exclusive estate. The design maximised the development potential of the existing house within strict planning constraints. The existing house was replanned and refurbished. It was extended through the addition of a new ground floor wing including luxury kitchen, garden room and study and a new first floor wing with additional bedrooms. High specification kitchen and bathrooms and a state of the art audiovisual installation throughout.
