Milbank Architects have extensive experience working in public sector housing having been involved in urban regeneration and modernisation projects for Housing Associations and Registered Social Landlords in the North East. Milbanks were appointed as a Partnering Consultant to The Gateshead Housing Company and have assisted them with the role out of their Security, Environmental and Improvement Works as Part of their Decent Homes Programme. A major part of this work includes Security and Environmental improvements to numerous estates in the East and Central areas of Gateshead including work to several multi-storey blocks and extension and improvement works to 44 bungalows at Wardley.
