Milbank's experience of both historic building work and residential care home design has extend the life of this Category B listed 1830?s building. Our brief was to update the accommodation throughout the home to comply with regulatory standards by the provision of additional ensuite bathroom facilities, additional bedroom accommodation and improve access between the two wings. Following the extensive renovation works, Deanston House now provides a unique elderly persons caring environment.
