The Addleshaw Goddard Junglette Garden RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2024 Gold Medal The garden has been published in around 150 publications around the world include all major papers in the UK. It has appeared on 5 BBC tv programmes during the course of Chelsea week and was one of 3 gardens selected by the King to visit during the show. Our design provides a serene sanctuary, shielding residents from the city's relentless commotion. The hardy tropical planting mirrors the four structural layers of the jungle: the emergent, canopy, under-story, and forest floor. Nestled within, a seating area is cocooned by cascading flora, evoking the splendour of a colossal hanging basket. A striking folded back wall, crafted from recycled paper, echoes the jungle’s strata, infusing the space with depth. The chairs "Unfurl Paper" are inspired by the unfurling of young fern fronds and are designed and made in-house by our studio. The garden promotes biodiversity with bird nests, integrated bat boxes and a small pond. The art of geometry weaves through the garden's design, harmoniously blending nature with aesthetics.
