Marshgate House is a Grade II listed property and part of the Sheen Road Conservation Area in Richmond. It is a Queen Anne/Early Georgian residence with a 20th Century east addition. Michael Jones Architects obtained planning permission and Listed Building Consent for a small side extension and extensive remodelling of the property in 2011 with construction work finishing in early 2013.
