Our client wanted a complete refurbishment and internal rearrangement of their flat, which was on the second floor of an early victorian timber framed grain warehouse. The local authority's conservation officer required that the existing structure be left exposed. The new kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms had to be carefully fitted into the existing structure.
