This is a side return extension to a terraced house in East Dulwich, to make a new kitchen + dining room with lots of daylight, that opens out onto the back garden. Previously the house had a small kitchen and separate dining / sitting room at the rear. Neither space worked well. The new room suits the size and layout of the house. There's an openable rooflight towards the back of the space to keep the room cool in hot weather. All the new glazing is triple glazed.
