Our clients wanted a larger kitchen, a utility room, a new study and two additional bedrooms, all without losing any of the rear garden. We designed a two storey side extension and a second floor roof extension. The new eat-in kitchen spans between the side extension and the original house. The house has been completely re-clad in rendered insulation, which is good for keeping it warm but also visually ties together the existing and new parts.
