Our clients wanted their 1930s semi detached house to better meet their needs as a family with young children. The first floor bathroom was refurbished, and a new kitchen extension added. The rooms at the ground floor at the back were joined together into one large multi-use space. The existing garage was converted into a boiler room and part of the space made into a shower room accesses from the entrance hall. We were reappointed to add a roof extension in the same style as the kitchen extension.
