Brick by Brick Croydon are implementing the first phases of our design team’s plans to transform a major 8-hectare site in Croydon Town Centre. The Fair Field Plan, which received consent earlier this year, will guide £1bn of development with the refurbishment of the iconic Fairfield Halls is at its centre, complemented by a re-planned public square at College Green, a new independent underground gallery, a purpose-built facility for Croydon College and 2,000 new homes delivered over 15 years.
