Client bought site with small dwelling on open green belt land. We undertook full services for the rebuilding of a new house and garages, with tennis court and was successful in gaining planning permission for a larger new house with basement, against policy. The building is modern with energy saving air source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting, and very high insulation values including triple glazing.
