Client's own villa was too small and too old, and we were engaged to design a new villa and outdoor swimming pool. We developed the brief with the client and the new design was agreed for a modern contemporary design. At this stage we introduced the project to our associate company in Spain, Vives Pons Asociados, for technical Architect support and to submit the project for the license at the Town Hall. We are currently working up construction details and pricing the project for a start on site in May 2011
