A £9 million Public Private Partnership project for North Lancashire PCT. Working closely with the client we have developed a striking modern design on a highly visible site which provides a focus for the local community. Accommodation provides facilities for two GP practices (nine GP consulting rooms, PCT practice (four GP examination /consulting rooms, minor surgery and health education), an eight dentist Dental practice, Occupational Therapy facilities, Physiotherapy Gymnasium an integrated commercial Pharmacy and accommodation for a wide range of community facilities. In addition to traditional healthcare facilities, the project also includes sports facilities aimed at encouraging members of the local community to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. These facilities, in a separate adjacent building, include a sports hall and fitness room, external all-weather sports pitch and two bowling greens
