Coulsdon Medical Centre is designed as a contemporary medical centre. The scheme includes consulting and treatment rooms for primary care and community health services. The three-storey building sits within a trapezoidal car park site, part of which slots into raised landscaped land, and masked along the street boundaries by mature trees. The ground floor houses the care navigation, waiting, treatment, phlebotomy, minor ops recovery, and two consulting rooms. First floor accommodates the main consulting spaces, group room and secondary waiting areas. Second floor comprises the administration rooms and community consulting rooms.
