Refurbishment, extension and development of an Grade 2 listed church to link the existing church with its separate hall, and provide a connecting double height concourse and obvious proper welcoming entrance on the site of the original car park between the two buildings. Additional accommodation to provide toilets, youth wing, media room and other community facilities such as a sensory room will be built in a new annexe. The exiting halls are to be extensively refurbished and also developed by insertion of an intermediate floor to house new offices. The heating is to be provided by a biomass boiler and a new car park will be developed in the garden of the existing Vicarage.
