We have in-depth knowledge of residential design standards, regulations and policies, enabling us to deliver desirable spaces on complex sites across the private, affordable and built to rent sectors. Shared Living Architecture. We are proficient (and experienced) in efficient design and delivery of Co-living space, Apart Hotels, Hotels and Hostels, with the experience to navigate regulations for you. Adaptive Reuse, Refurbishment and Change of Use. We have unparalleled experience in conversion and refurbishment of buildings, such as disused office space, into new homes, reducing development costs and delivering sustainable buildings. Airspace & Rooftop Developments. Many of our urban housing projects involve adding multiple extra storeys to existing buildings, providing an innovative solution to housing issues in urban areas. Modern Methods of Construction. We have over a decade of experience in factory made and modular construction, covering a full spectrum of offsite systems.
