The site is situated on a Farm in the Warwickshire countryside and in the grounds of a listed farm house. The development includes two, three and four bedroomed properties positioned around an internal courtyard. The design echoes barn architecture but with a contemporary approach, using shuttered concrete, timber and steel as the building palette.
