A residential extension and refurbishment, with a single storey element creating an open-plan Kitchen, Dining & Family Area, and a two storey element accommodating an Office and additional Bathroom. The quality of the space was transformed by the introduction of natural lighting and an open-plan spatial arrangement. A feeling of connection between the interior space and the garden was effectively achieved with roof lighting and glazed bi-folding doors.
