The Lezayre Road Estate in Ramsey was a 1960's housing development. The Estate was suffering the effects of ground settlement in the structure of the houses and sewer system. Our task was to provide 167 new homes on the same site in a rollling phased programme of six years. The programme must be continuous and include all demolitions, temporary works as well as new-build housing. This project was completed in 2013.
