The design brief for this project was for a purpose built, food production facility designed to house businesses who aspire to be world class food producers and surpass the growing demands of today’s supermarket and corporate customers. With the development started in 2011, it will provide: unit sites for bespoke development or factories for rent; all within a specialist, food industry environment. Occupants within the Park will have access to a new communal Boardroom and reception facility.
