MOArchitecture worked with national specialist joinery manufacturer Ventrolla to provide new office and welfare facilities within a new warehouse premises. The key drivers for the project were to provide an efficient, comfortable and valued HQ workplace for office staff and to provide shared facilities that bring office-based and manufacturing staff together. The new facilities were intended to assist in staff retention and to attract new staff as the business grows.
