MOArchitecture developed the concept design and Employer’s requirements for a complete refit of IFM’s UK headquarters. Accommodation included hospitality and refreshment facilities, open plan office space and flexible meeting/training spaces. A series of feasibility options were developed and reviewed with the client team representatives, with the redevelopment aiming to support a change in organisational culture, promoting inter-departmental team-working through an open plan approach. A key component of the proposals was creating a dedicated client demonstration/VIP visitor area where products and research and development work could be demonstrated. The works have been completed under a design & build approach.
