Among MSA?s current projects is one of the three Sample Schools for a City Council Primary Capital Programme (PCP). In close dialogue with the architects for the other remodelled and extended primary schools, alongside the appointed LEP, the Council and other consultants, MSA is working on the conversion of a two form entry to a three form entry primary school, with a new-build extension plus extensive refurbishment to an existing building. We have a responsibility to provide excellence in educational design, enabling the children attending this school to learn to the best of their ability; while working within the structures and timescales of the fast-paced PCP programme. The project is being built under a Design and Build contract to the appointed LEP. It is due on site in January 2011, and due for completion in August 2011.
