MSA has close working relationships with specialist consultants and have recently completed a successful bid for European funding for a sustainable regeneration scheme adjacent to the River Wandle in South London. The scheme transforms the existing light industrial warehouses, currently divided into small business units and space for hosting a weekend craft market, establishing a new social, retail and leisure heart in a key, historic location within the borough. The proposals aspire to carbon neutrality through their considered design, use of materials and active technology, as well as their route of procurement and lasting legacy. MSA have created a site wide landscape and infrastructure plan, a sustainable and contemporary roof top extension to one of the existing buildings, and a progressive mixed use building named The Wandle Centre. The centre houses a regional visitor centre, retail opportunities and business incubator units, actively promoting sustainable design as a route for regeneration in London.
