An extensive refurbishment of a dilapidated mews house in Belsize Park Conservation Area incorporating an existing garage into the habitable space. The project involved the complete replacement of the 1970's facade onto the mews, new inernal organisation including new stair and first floor structure. This was effectively a new build mews within the confines of three existing party walls.
