Western Park Passive Houses (Passivhaus) Leicester The 20 dwellings on-site will comprise of 15no. Houses to meet Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5, as well as a further 5no. The houses are being designed to achieve Passivhaus certification. The scheme will consist of three typical housing typologies which will fundamentally make the scheme accessible and appealing towards a wide demographic, each of which vary in form but remain consistent in their material application. Variations of each house type are then formed across the site by creating versions that are handed, invert materials and/or introduce windows on side elevations.
