Situated in Highbury, Islington we were asked to refurbish this iconic pub which included the bar, restaurant, kitchen, and toilets. We were also asked to convert the floors above into flats to be let. We addressed the issue of low ceiling heights and poor circulation. The floor space was opened up , the ceiling raised and skylights were added. We provided full architectural services from design, sketching visuals, 3d model printing, research, Planning, product information, structural support, Tender and site supervision to completion.
