Located in Dartmouth Park Conservation area, this house had been divided into two separate dwellings. The lower ground was an artist's studio and above a family home. Our brief was to create a family home with an open plan lower ground with direct access to the garden. This was a full house refurbishment from top to bottom. We provided full architectural services from design, sketching visuals, 3d model printing, Planning, product information, structural support, Tender and site supervision to completion.
